Yoga sessions will involve playful, energetic, and gentle movements, traditional yoga
postures and breath and mindfulness techniques incorporating interactive stories,
games, adventures and theme-based classes.
These sessions aim to provide several benefits including:
• calming the mind and managing stress through breathing, relaxation and mindfulness practices;
• strengthening and stretching the body with traditional yoga postures;
• increasing self-awareness and self-esteem by exploring feelings and emotions as well as getting comfortable in one’s own body.

Classes are designed to involve all children and are non-competitive.
