Manby Lodge School Spaces to Hire

Manby Mini Lodge

 

  • Mini Lodge is our brand new space for hire. It was completed in early 2025, funded in part by CIL funding and donations from our generous Friends of Manby Lodge PTA. It is set apart from the school and completely standalone with its own kitchen and fully accessible toilet facilities.

 

  • Mini Lodge is 45sqm in total and is perfect for Pilates/yoga clubs, children’s parties and general meeting hires. It has an interactive smart board, as well as folding tables and chairs for use, with views out over Weybridge Cricket Ground.

 

  • For hires after school hours and at weekends, the staff carpark is also available for parking.
As well as Mini Lodge, we have various other spaces available for hire within the school building.

School Hall

  • The School hall is available to hire in the evenings after 6.30pm and at weekends.
  • It is 147sqm in total, with access to a disabled toilet.
  • It has been fitted with sound clouds to absorb excessive noise in April 2024

School Playground

The playground is split into three main areas:

  • A ball court, that can be used for Sports Clubs, it has two small goals as well as basketball hoops available for use
  • A shaded trim-trail
  • The main playground – also suitable for sports and other games

Seahorse Room

Seahorse Room is a classroom that is only usually accessed by a small number of children and so does not have the usual classroom set up. Therefore it can be used as a more flexible space.

  • It does have a screen that can be used with an HDMI cable and has recently had an Air Con unit installed.
  • The Seahorse room is 55 sqm.

Classrooms

We have 6 classrooms available to hire at weekends, 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs.  All have had new interactive screens installed in the last 18 months.

  • The 3 classrooms upstairs have recently had Air Con units installed.
  • Classrooms are between 56 and 60 sq m and are set up with tables and chairs suitable for children.
