We are pleased to announce that our guinea pigs have been named by the children of Manby Lodge. Their names are Jeffery (lighter coloured) and Nibbles (black, white and ginger).

We are very lucky to have some new Manby Lodge pets in our early years outdoor area.
The children are in the process of voting for their names!
A big thank you to everyone who came to support our quiz. Special thank yous go to Neil, Helen Waddington and Graham Douglas for once again creating and running a unique night of entertainment and to Toni Reynoldson and Simon Tarr for the smooth running of the bar.
We are delighted to say that not only was the event good fun but it raised £1,521.80 for our children to benefit from.
On the back of the success of our first film night for Year 2 in January, we held the same event for Year 1 children and siblings in March. The children voted to watch The Boss Baby.
It was a great atmosphere and the children certainly enjoyed the hotdogs, popcorn and the opportunity to watch a film in their PJs with their friends. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success – we managed to raise £320.20 profit from this event.
Thank you so much for all the cakes baked and donated by Year 1 parents – wow! We were overwhelmed! We took £290 from this sale on the last day of term, and for this being an early school finish this was fantastic!
Collectively the sale and the film night raised £610. This equates to £203 to each Year 1 class. Next term the focus will be on the Reception classes!
