The children have all had the opportunity to vote for a guide dog to sponsor which will be funded by FoML. It was a very difficult decision as they are all so lovely, but Bella won with a majority of 82 votes.

Ten Yr1 children arrived very excited and curious to find out what the day had in store for them at Rowan Preparatory School. They had a wonderful time listening to Petr Horacek read some of his stories and showing them how to create some of the drawings in his books. They had workshops on how to shade and brighten colours in their drawings, using computers to create a background setting and created collages from the backgrounds and characters in some of Petr’s books.
